14 days right of withdrawal applies to all products starting the moment you receive the item.

You have a 250-day guarantee on all our beeswax wraps, beeswax rolls, beeswax wrap bags, and vegan food wraps. If they lose their usability or do not live up to the promised quality level, you have the right to ask for a refund.
If the aforementioned right is invoked, a full refund must be made within 14 working days.

If the right of return is exercised, we will refund the value of your goods within 14 working days.
The shipping cost of your order is non-refundable.

We only use your provided personal data to enable delivery. These are archived when your order is delivered, and the customer archive is cleared annually, to facilitate possible returns.
If you want us to delete your customer data earlier, you can contact us via email at any time, and we will do it.
